My name is Garet Gregory, and like many, I struggled with my weight for years. I was always a bigger guy, and while I accepted it for a long time, I eventually reached a turning point. In January 2023, I made a commitment to change my life. I started going to the gym, running, and making healthier food choices. It wasn’t easy, but I was determined. Week by week, I pushed myself, and today, I’m proud to say I’m 100 pounds lighter and truly comfortable in my own skin. The journey hasn’t ended; I continue to embrace the daily grind and love every moment of it. Along the way, I’ve become a certified personal trainer, an ultramarathon runner, and a passionate advocate for fitness.
